NDIS funded support services to help you to reach your goals, below are the supports that Bloom Thrive Grow can assist you with.
Specializing in children, behaviors and mental health support, Dee is an independent support Worker with over 19 years of experience.

Having a disability can make managing daily household tasks difficult or impossible to do alone. Assistance with daily life funds everyday needs such as home cleaning, yard maintenance, cooking or personal care. Think of it as funding for services or a support worker to help you to do everyday things.
If you need help to get ready for your day, travel to appointments or carry out daily health and fitness activities, then these could be covered under Assistance with daily life.

Assistance with social, economic and community participation funding can help you to become more active in the community, participate in activities, undertake volunteer work or get support to find and keep a meaningful job.
Art classes, sports coaching or vacation camps with mentoring, skill development, peer support or other activities with capacity building components are covered here.
This can include a support worker to transport you to and from an activity, participate actively or assist you to connect with others.

The NDIS Recovery Coach and Support Coordinator play distinct yet complementary roles within the NDIS framework. The Recovery Coach focuses on the emotional, psychological, and social aspects of a person's recovery journey, while the Support Coordinator assists individuals in navigating the NDIS system and managing their support plans. Recovery Coaches are often qualified mental health specialists or individuals with lived experience, providing trauma-informed and recovery-oriented services. Support Coordinators, on the other hand, have qualifications in social work or community services, and are knowledgeable about the NDIS system and available services. They help individuals understand and implement their NDIS plans, connect with appropriate service providers, and ensure that their plans are effectively managed.
Collaboration, Not Competition
At Bloom Thrive Grow, we believe in collaboration, not competition. We know that achieving the best outcomes for participants, their families and the broader disability community requires us to work together, share knowledge and support one another.
Our ultimate goal is to enhance the lives of the people we support and help create meaningful, positive and lasting outcomes.
We are passionate about teaching, mentoring and training others within the industry. We believe that investing in the skills, knowledge and confidence of support workers leads to higher-quality practice—and, ultimately, better outcomes for the people and families we support.
Together, we can build a stronger, more connected and capable disability sector where everyone has the opportunity to bloom, thrive and grow.
